Why Eat Food When There Are Magazines?

Imagine a world where there are no grocery stores. I bet by this point you are thinking that
everyone would have to grow their own food. No. In the place of grocery stores there are stores filled
with magazines. Aisle after aisle, magazines are resting on shelves that are never bear. As fast as
people can buy them, more are printed. But, there is something more to these magazines, as they
are not normal. Instead of having stories or recipes, they are full of colorful photos of food. You can
tear out these photos and eat them. How it is done is that the photos are bent and can be torn. When
torn, the photos are activated to smell like the food at hand. You put these into your mouth, and they
feel and taste like they normally would, except paper. The magazines are made based on what is
being bought the least. If there is only one fish magazine sold, then the next printing there is, the
majority will be fish. Some magazines will have treats such as lollipops and hard candies. Next time
you think about how you hate the grocery store, think about what it would be like without one.
